【Hina Matsuri】Congratulations on the baby’s first festival, We had a celebration party at home on the day.
3月3日は「ひな祭りの日」です。🎎
ひな祭りは女の子の健やかな成長を祈る日本の行事の１つです。
この時期は、桃の花が咲く季節で、桃は縁起の良い植物であることから「桃の節句」ともいわれています。
料理もカラフルなちらし寿司、菱餅、雛あられ等があり、とってもかわいらしいですよね。
我が家もひな祭りをお祝いできるようになり、とっても嬉しいです。
子ども達のおかげで、今まで気にしなかった季節の行事や日本の伝統などを知ったり触れるようになったなぁって思います。
この気持ちを大切に、日々過ごしていきます☺️

March 3rd is Hinamatsuri（Doll’s Festival Day）🎎
Hinamatsuri(The Doll’s Festival)is one of Japan’s events to pray for the healthy growth of girls.
This season is also called “Peach Festival” because peach flowers bloom and peaches are auspicious plants.
There are colorful chirashi sushi, hishi-mochi, hinaare, and so on, and it’s very cute.
I’m very happy to be able to celebrate the Doll’s Festival at home.
Thanks to the children, I came to know and experience seasonal events and Japanese traditions that I didn’t care about before.
I will cherish this feeling and spend every day ☺️
