China Culture Center
It’s that time of the year again, and the mooncakes are… free flowing? Anyway, they’re everywhere. Show up at China Culture Center in Chaoyang for an introduction to the historical and cultural significance of mooncakes, as well as a crash course on how to make them yourself. Of course, mooncake fans will have to ask themselves whether this is a safe power for them to possess at any time, year round. This is Monday at 10:00 AM and it runs until noon.

They are an cultural education organization that has tasked ourselves to share (in English) with others the wonder and diversity of Chinese history and culture.
They are a privately owned and self-sustained organization. They use our innovative travel (CCC Travel) and corporate products to fund our not-for-profit research and cultural education programs.
Most of all, They are a group of English-speaking cultural enthusiasts who want to introduce you to everything about this country, from Confucius to calligraphy, Genghis Khan to green tea, martial arts to feng shui. They are an organization for anyone looking for a way to explore China’s past, present and future.
Since culture is the embodiment of the history and customs of a nation, CCC strives to provide a window into Chinese society.
They were the first cultural organization to specifically cater for foreigners living in Beijing, and since 2000, CCC has become the most trusted travel and learning center, through which expatriates, as well as their visiting families and friends, experience the original China. In addition to a core group of expatriates who frequent our tours, lectures and classes to enrich their knowledge about China, more and more independent travelers and returning visitors are choosing the CCC to help them get under the surface of China.
