細川ふみえさんは、1971年9月2日生まれ、青森県むつ市出身。

1990年にミスマガジンのグランプリに選ばれてデビューし、Fカップのバストを武器に「巨乳グラドル」の草分け的存在として活躍。
各方面で活躍する中、バスロマンのテレビCMが大きな話題となり、人気に拍車をかける。

私生活では、婚約破棄や相手の重婚問題などを経て結婚し、2007年12月に第1子を出産するも、夫の経営する不動産会社が倒産して多額の借金を背負ったと言われている。
2009年12圧には離婚を発表した。

She debuted in 1990 after winning the Miss Magazine Grand Prix, and with her F-cup bust, she became a pioneer in the “big-breasted gravure idol” category. She gained popularity in various fields, and her TV commercial for Bath Roman became a major topic, further boosting her fame.

In her personal life, after experiencing a broken engagement and issues with her partner’s bigamy, she got married and gave birth to her first child in December 2007. However, it is said that her husband’s real estate company went bankrupt, leaving her with a large debt. In December 2009, she announced her divorce .
