声優の宮野真守さんが、劇場版3Dアニメ「ミニオンズ」の日本語吹き替え版で、女優の天海祐希さん演じる女悪党の夫・ハーブの声を担当することが6月25日、明らかになった。ハーブについて「渋さもおちゃめさもある大人な役なのでかなりチャレンジでしたが、演じていてとても面白かった」とコメントし、「実は、『ミニオンズ』で演じたのはハーブだけじゃないんです。かなり意外だし、自分にとってもまたかなりチャレンジングなキャラクターなので、こちらも楽しみにしててください」と、2役演じていることを明かしている。
また宮野さんが出演する約3分半の出演映像も公開され、女悪党のスカーレット・オーバーキル（天海さん）がミニオンたちをハーブに紹介するシーンなどが収められている。
「ミニオンズ」は、「怪盗グルーの月泥棒」（2010年公開）や「怪盗グルーのミニオン危機一発」（13年公開）など「怪盗グルー」シリーズで人気のキャラクター・ミニオンが主役の作品。同作では、怪盗グルーと出会った経緯や、ミニオンがどこからやってきたかなど、さまざまな秘密が解き明かされる。日本語吹き替え版では、宮野さん、天海さんのほか、お笑いコンビ「バナナマン」、藤田彩華ちゃん、LiSAさん、山寺宏一さんも声の出演をする。7月31日公開。

Teaser trailer of movie “Minions”. Mamoru Miyano to dub Yuki Amami’s husband and challenges dubbing of two roles.
It was revealed on June 25th that voice actor Mamoru Miyano would dub Herb – the husband of the cruelly female character voiced by actress Yuki Amami in the Japanese version of the 3D animated movie “Minions”. Regarding character Herb, he commented: “It is an adult character with both a little astringency and a little mischievousness, so it is a very great challenge, but it is very interesting during the acting”; and he shared about the dubbing of two roles: “Actually, in Minions, I do not voice Herb only. It is quite surprising, although it is a really challenging character for me, please enjoy it”.
