Dalilah Muhammad is an American track and field athlete who specializes in the 400 metres hurdles. At the 2016 Summer Olympics, she won 🥇 in the 400 metres hurdles. Muhammad is only the second female 400m hurdler in history, after Sally Gunnell, to have won the Olympic and World titles and broken the world record. She talks to the Olympic Channel about uncertainties and doubts as an athlete, missing out on London 2012, and how important it is to move forward. Enjoy watching!
