＜ビューティフルジャパン 佐賀 アーチェリー篇＞
アーチェリー選手の光野裕也さんに会いに、光野さんの母校である佐賀県立高志館高等学校のアーチェリー場を訪れた綾瀬はるかさん。光野さん、アーチェリー部顧問の西川定さん、光野さんの同期でアーチェリー部OBの小副川拓臣さんたちが出迎えてくれました。まずはアーチェリー場を案内され、的、弓、矢と一通り教えてもらった綾瀬さんは、早速アーチェリーに挑戦、そして30mの距離で光野さんと勝負！綾瀬さんは初心者にしてはなかなかの腕前で、光野さんもすっかり本気モードです。その後、別の日に撮影したCMムービーをみんなで一緒に鑑賞、「感動しました、また頑張ろうな」と西川先生に声をかけられた光野さん。「やめようと思った時期もあるけど、高校で続けて拓臣くんたちと出会うことがえきた」。競技人口が少なくけれど、たくさんの友達ができるアーチェリー。光野さんは。できれば団体戦で小副川さんと一緒にオリンピックに出場したいと話してくれました。「もっと上手くなりたい。熱い想いを胸に、大好きな仲間たちとアーチェリーに挑む姿は、とても輝いていました。佐賀県から世界を目指して、頑張れ！」

Haruka Ayase came to his high school, Saga Prefectural Koshikan, to visit with the archery athlete Hiroya Mitsuno. Mr. Mitsuno, his archery club advisor Sadamu Nishikawa, and archery club friend Takumi Osoegawa came to meet her. First, Ms. Ayase was taken to the archery practice field and had a basic introduction to targets and the bow and arrow. Then, she quickly tried archery, and had a match at 30m with Mr. Mitsuno! Ms. Ayase did quite well for a beginner, and Mr. Mitsuno also shot in earnest. After that she watched a CM movie shot on another day with everyone, and Mr. Mitsuno said to his advisor “It was very impressive and I’ll keep on doing my best. There were times when I thought I’d quit, but meeting Takumi and other friends changed my mind.” There are few competitors in archery but you can make many friends. Mr. Mitsuno would also like to compete in the Olympics with Mr. Osoegawa in the team completion if possible.
“Hearing his passionate ‘I want to get better’ and watching him practice archery with his good friends was fantastic. Fight on aiming for the world from Saga Prefecture!”
