Be sure to watch until the end. Eyeguard has been announced. It’s free-to-play and will be released on January 26th. It’s the latest title from the team behind Apex Legends and Titanfall . The game’s premise has been revealed as a 3v3 PVP raid shooter, where players work together as a team of three to battle the enemy team. While details are still scarce, it seems to take a different approach from Epee and Titanfall, with features like the ability to move around the field on horseback and summon giant fighters to attack enemy bases . This first glimpse into the game is set for release next month. It’s free-to-play, so it’s exciting to see what it’ll be like. Dragon Country: Rune Factory has been announced. It’s set for release on February 13th . It’s the latest installment in the Rune Factory series, a fantasy RPG where players can enjoy both adventure and everyday life . A game previously released on Twitch is now available on Xbox. Set in the eastern kingdom of Azuma, this title allows players to rebuild their village, enjoy fishing, cooking, and romance. Experience a slow life as a wooden bear in a world steeped in Japanese culture. The release date for Toxic Command has been set for March 12th. This FPS game has a 1980s horror movie vibe. It supports single-player or up to four-player cooperative play. Set in a new future, the story follows a samurai warrior battling monsters. Weapons include guns, grenades, special abilities, and even swords. It has been revealed that this will be an extreme title that combines FPS action with a worldview set in the aftermath of human extinction . I’m a big fan of cooperative FPS games, so I’m looking forward to it. Our Kingdom: Tokiham Fruit and Inishie’s Monster have been announced, releasing on April 23rd. This is the latest title from Inti Creates. This title combines 2D action adventure with building reconstruction simulation elements. In the action section, players use various characters, including knights, wizards, and alchemists, to conquer side-scrolling stages. In the simulation section, players can use materials obtained in the action section to carry out construction, and it has been revealed that the characters in the action section will also grow as reconstruction progresses. The release date for Flagmata has been set for April 24th . This is a completely new game for the Xbox Series X and S. Originally announced in June 2020 , the release date has now been confirmed. This action-adventure game is set in a dystopian, near-future lunar world. Players can simultaneously control two characters, each with different abilities . Players must cooperate to survive battles against lunar AI and reach their goal. The release date of this highly anticipated title is finally approaching. RPEdimension 3 has been announced and is scheduled for release in May. It is a 3D remake of RType 3, released for the Super Famicom in 1993 . The remake will feature fully 3D graphics , with the ability to switch back to traditional 2D with the push of a button. EGM will include both the original and adapted versions. It will also feature three difficulty settings and support for local two-player cooperative play. Ace Combat 8 has been announced, scheduled for release in 2026. This marks the first game in seven years since the previous title, Ace Combat 7. Commemorating the series’ 30th anniversary, this title is being developed using Unreal Engine 5. Players will experience the heroic experience of overcoming numerous challenges while playing as an ace pilot, flying through the vast expanses of space and crashing and destroying enemies at their own discretion . Control Resonant has been announced, scheduled for release in 2026. This is the sequel to Control, released in 2019. This project was previously announced as Control 2 in 2022. Development will continue at Remedy Entertainment. The main character of this game will be the younger brother of Jesse, the protagonist of the previous game. It has been revealed that this game will feature highly action-packed combat centered on melee attacks, allowing players to wield freely selectable melee weapons such as heavy hammers and swift dual blades. While the story takes place seven years after the previous game, it has also been announced that players who have not played the previous games will be able to enjoy the content. Boom Raider: Sea of Tramplings has been announced, scheduled for release in 2026. This is a remake of the first game in the Tome Raider series, released in 1996. Developed using Unreal Engine 5, it allows players to enjoy Galacroft’s first adventure with updated visuals and a contemporary design. I started with the Tome Raider reboot trilogy and have never played the earlier games, so I’m very excited about this full remake. I’m looking forward to its release. Additionally, a completely new game, Tome Raider Catalyst, was also announced, scheduled for release in 2027. This new game, also developed using Unreal Engine 5, will depict Galacroft’s new adventure in the largest-scale combat unit in the series. The reboot is being developed by Crystal Dynamics, a studio well-known for its work on the game. It has been announced that a seamlessly connected world awaits, from towering mountains and vast deserts to the mysterious Dangle ruins . We look forward to further news on this as well . Mega Man Dual Override has been announced. Scheduled for release in 2027, it will be the 12th numbered Mega Man title and the latest in the series. The previous title, Mega Man Eleven, was released in 2018, making this the first sequel in nearly nine years. UR Override is being developed to commemorate Mega Man’s 40th anniversary, and like Eleven, it will be a side-scrolling action game with 3D graphics. While it’s still a long way off, I’m a huge fan of the Mega Man series and am very excited for the latest installment. Aether Capcom recently stated that it wants to develop the Mega Man, Devil May Cry, and Ace Attorney series as core IPs, and I’m personally very excited about the future of Devil May Cry and Ace Attorney . A new game has been announced. A release date has yet to be determined. This first-person, open-world action game is set in a cyberpunk world . It’s being developed by the same studio behind Ascent. In this game, you play as a veteran soldier caught up in major trouble in a lawless city. Players are free to choose their own approach to the mission, from intense head-on gunfights to careful stealth using gadgets .
