【福島】ぼっちでバスツアーに参加してみたら感情が蠢いた【情緒不安】
Let’s get started. Okay. Hello again, everyone. It’s Shiri. My coffee is selling well, and I’ve been given the opportunity to go to Fukushima again. I never thought I’d get to go so soon. It’s amazing. I’m truly blessed. Thank you. Well, last time it was a day trip with mostly alcohol. But this time, it’s an overnight trip with plenty to do. So, this time, it’s… it’s my first bus tour. So, I’m mixing with strangers, and for two days, I’m learning all about food, nature, the earthquake, and Fukushima. That was it. Well, let me just say this: it was a tour that really taught me so much and moved so many emotions. I’m really nervous about how to share it all with everyone, but I ‘d like to make a video of it in my own way, so please look forward to it. Thank you. It’s all so much fun. Sweet. Well, that’s how today’s trip unfolded, as I boarded the bus at Iwaki Station. Who would have thought my emotions would be so intense so soon? I didn’t know it at the time . It’s an elementary school. I’m visiting. So, my first stop was the Ukedo district. Well, I’ve come to a place that was hit hard by the earthquake. And there stands Ukedo Elementary School. It ‘s said to be a miraculous school , where all the teachers and students were able to evacuate safely, and it’s cherished ever since the disaster. Yes. This is the actual elementary school. It really made me dizzy. Apparently it’s been left exactly as it was back then . How can I put it? It’s hair-raising, a freakish force beyond human reach . It details what happened on 3/11 and how the students survived, and honestly, I’m at a loss for words. The second floor, which suffered less damage, remains as a museum, like this , and this blackboard is heart-wrenching. It was a pretty depressing place, but I’m glad I was able to come here as a Japanese person. No, I felt like I was meant to be here. I’ll change my mood and eat. Yes. I’ll change my mood and have lunch. Wow. Yes. Here at Kurosaka, I had a delicious-looking Kaisendon bowl. I was already full. I was wondering what to eat first, but I started with the first thing. Let’s eat. Yes. Well, it’s because the sea is so close. Yeah. It’s the best. So, what should I do? What should I do? To share my impressions. It’s so delicious. It ‘s delicious. There was a couple on the tour next to me, and thinking about it now, I feel so sorry for striking up a conversation, but it really was that delicious. Just look at these vibrant fish. I mean, just a moment ago, my heart felt so heavy, like a Snorlax was weighing on me. Yeah. No matter how depressed you are, delicious food is delicious, right? Happy. Yeah. Thinking about that, I can’t stop writing. This time, there were about 20 people on the tour, and oh, there was also an elderly couple and a family . Well, everyone was still kind of checking things out , so, uh, they weren’t particularly attached to the outside world, but it was nice to see them getting to know each other better. Ah. Ah, they’re already eating the line. Um, I always eat the line first, but is it just me? So, uh, I finished it in no time . It was a feast. Yes. We’re at the station. Next we’re at my favorite roadside station, uh, it’s shopping time. Ah, we looked at a lot of things, but more than anything, there’s something here. It’s so cute. It’s helping to liven up this town as a lucky park. It has an indescribable look on its face. Wow, you definitely want to get some. And then, with 15 minutes left until the 5th hour, uh, I found this scene corner. I had no choice but to do this. I didn’t even have a drink at lunchtime earlier. Thank you. So, for 500 yen, I got five coins and five drinks, which was a wonderful experience, and I was drinking sake standing up. Yay! But I was pressed for time, so I gulped it down like a shot glass, like a candy, and got drunk. I really recommend this place for people who don’t drive. I’ll leave the driving to you. The last part of the tour was the most memorable moment. Well, as part of the training, I was able to hear directly from Mr. Aoki here, and also learn about the earthquake and the progress toward recovery through telepresence . But no matter how carefully I choose my words here, they’re sure to sound simplistic, so let me share what I learned and felt. First of all, 3/11 was a complex disaster, combining not only natural disasters like the tsunami and earthquake, but also the complex nuclear accident . After the tsunami and the deaths of so many people, the country suddenly issued evacuation orders, and people who left Fukushima thought they’d be able to return home soon. But then, years passed, and people couldn’t return , and they resorted to ‘cheese fishing’. And when they finally were able to return, the town had already been completely transformed, and people were trying their best to rebuild, but the next obstacle was the damage to their reputation. Hearing these stories just made me feel helpless. I was one of the people who benefited from the nuclear plant, after all. And yet, it seems like it’s only those who have been affected who are suffering. I wonder. Yeah. I often hear people say things like, ‘Let’s support North Korea,’ and of course that’s right and right, but it feels a bit presumptuous to even say I want to support them at this point. This is a problem for the whole of Japan, and I have to take it personally and think about it and act with all my might . I feel like I need to know. I feel like I’m sorry for making people carry this burden. Ah, so shallow. Sorry. Yes. Hmm. How can I put it, I was overwhelmed with so many emotions. I groaned. I can’t possibly express it in words, but I was really touched. I traveled mostly by bus , so I shouldn’t have been tired, but I guess I was tired, but still, emotions get to be tiring. So, yeah, yeah. I was tired in that sense, but I feel like it was a really great experience. So, I thought that the only thing I could do was enjoy some delicious Fukushima food . I had some free time in the evening, so I came to this restaurant . I chose this restaurant with my genius nose, and wow, what a wonderful place it was. Thank you. So, the first thing I had was a dish covered in strong food. From the left, Ikanin Sanshiro Egg and the sake Kinsuisho to go with it. Yay. Cheers. You can’t really call this size chocolate anymore. It’s a big size, so it makes you feel angry. Yeah. The sake is delicious, of course, the staff are kind, and the local person next to me speaks in a different way. Oh, I was born after seeing this. Itadakimasu. I was walking from the other side. That’s right. Yes, the same person. From the other side. Oh, Higashi is an idiot. Oh, he said that. Thank you very much. I already knew how delicious sake is from my last trip to Fukushima, but there are so many snacks that go well with sake. This is also a specialty. Miso study. Oh, this is Gotsu Miso Dengaku, and it’s red miso seasoned with sugar and various other ingredients, spread on konni or other condiments, but I’ve met so many Japanese people that it’s unbearable . Shall we do it? To be honest, I’ve been thinking about doing it since this morning, but I can’t hear anything at all. I’m in trouble. Ah. Apparently Fukushima is also famous for its sashimi , so we went there to enjoy both that and sake. The interesting thing about the sashimi is that it’s eaten with spicy miso, which makes it a soup. It was so red that I couldn’t help but smile at my dad. Well, you see, I just looked it up and popped into this restaurant without thinking much about it, but the people at Tente and the local people in neighboring Fukushima were really nice, so I’m even more blessed to love Fukushima. Well, tours are great, but it’s hard for spontaneous events to happen, so when you have free time like this, It was also great to have some time to just wander around by myself. Thank you. Good morning. It’s day two. So, uh, it’s been a beautiful day. Today, I ‘m enjoying the food capital and nature. So, I took the tourist road, the Bada Azuma Skyline, and arrived at Zubakuroda Valley. Look, after seeing this absolutely beautiful forest in the best season, uh, I’ve arrived right on the other side. So, now I ‘m going to climb Mt. Ama Fuji, but the wind is so strong, I endured the cold and continued climbing for about 15 minutes. I finally reached the top. It was so cold I couldn’t stand, but the view was pretty spectacular, and it seems like it’s actually like this when the weather is nice. This is the recommended season for eating, but it was too cold for me, so I came down early and enjoyed this Fukushima soul food. Yeah. Uh, this is very beautiful. Yes. It’s a sweet Japanese-style fried mochi made with mugwort mochi wrapped in doughnut dough. It’s like, uh, a fist full of calories, making you think it’s a junky treat, but the inside is filled with mugwort, so it’s somehow gentle. It was so delicious, I’d love to see more of it in Tokyo, and it wouldn’t be strange to call it Shimi Tenma. Shimi Tenma, yes. Lunch. And this day’s lunch was also incredibly luxurious, a meal filled with Fukushima ingredients. Let’s eat. Here it is. Isn’t it amazing? A little too much. Oh, I’ll post it. Looks delicious. This makes me feel like I’m on a tour, you know? I was so happy. Oh, this is Fukushima food. Apparently, Wappa Meshi is also a traditional Fukushima restaurant dish . And then, if you add a dish made with Fukushima’s Kawamata Shamo chicken and legs, along with Hatomata squid, carrots, and maple pickles, yeah. Amazing. Fukushima is really doing it. That’s it. Wow, this is delicious. Yes. It’s good. This is delicious. I want to drink it in Japan. And this is what added color to my trip. It’s Yamamitsuhara Tokiyaki. So, starting at noon, we’re beating eggs and dipping meat and vegetables in them. We’re talking about how it’s okay to do this on such a happy and luxurious trip. Thank you. By the second day, everyone seemed to relax a lot, and we gradually started to communicate with the people around us, which was really fun, and I was happy that there were people who said it was delicious. Oh, Mori-tachi, next is apple picking. And, of course, Fukushima is all about fruit. Well, this is Maho-jie, and the fruit changes depending on the season , but this month it’s 30 minutes of all-you-can-eat apple picking , so we set our sights on it and picked some. We got some. Oh, you’re good at it. You’re really good at it. Seriously. Well, I think Shi was Yo. Yes. Well, you can cut it freely like this and it sticks. Sweet. They’re sweet, watery, and juicy—they’re the best apples, but it’s a bit difficult to eat two or even three in 30 minutes. Well, apparently, Saranbo is the best fruit picking experience, and it’s said that you can get your money’s worth. So, I’ll definitely go back for revenge. Saying that, I head to the next spot. It’s a feast. Yay. I wonder if I can eat it all. But if it has fresh cream, I could do it. I could drink it. I could drink a lot . I could drink it. No, it was from here to here. Wow. So, this is the garden parfait at Moriorehori, a cafe run by Marseka Jue. Wow, it’s amazing. Please. It’s delicious. Well, this is the first time I’ve ever eaten a parfait like this. Yes. It’s got grapes, apples, persimmons, and all sorts of other fruits on top. And then, on top of that, my favorite, a huge amount of fresh cream and sponge cake. I was full up until just now, but I’m still drinking like crazy. Apparently, the buffet here is famous. Oh, the menu is really appealing, and it’s cheap, too. Apparently, this portion itself was made exclusively for the tour, but how can I put it, I just want everyone to enjoy it. It really conveys their desire to get to know Fukushima, and oh , I don’t think I’d pay 5,000 yen for something like this in Tokyo. Wow, it was really delicious, with all the soil already removed. Ah, thank you. Finally, Fukushima Roadside Station. And so, before we knew it, our trip came to an end. Finally, we bought some things at the roadside station, and off we went. Oh, maybe about 30 minutes. After a quick shopping spree, I ended up buying things like this. It was such a rich and wonderful experience, and oh, I’m so grateful to Tenjo-san, and the driver’s camera is gonna eat it. Why, why are you taking a picture of my face? Oh, no, that’s not true. Thank you. Both in Fukushima last time and this time, I could feel the love that everyone I met had for their hometown, and I felt like they were all filled with the desire to love Fukushima and return home. I wonder if that’s the kind of brightness and strength that people who are trying to overcome sadness can relate to, although that’s a very selfish opinion. Ah, that’s what I thought . So, from here on out, what can I do ? Ah, through this video, yes. Really, yes. It was such a great story, so I’d be happy if everyone had a lot to say, and I’d be happy to eat all the delicious food in Fukushima, and it made me want to continue thinking about what I can do . So, this has gotten long, but thank you for reading all the way to the end. Thank you to Fukushima as well. Let’s all work together to liven up Japan. So , thank you so much for everything. My Japanese is poor, but I appreciate your patience. Good night.
