【大阪→韓国】豪華フェリー最上級スイートで行く18時間船旅が贅沢すぎた…
Hey guys, it’s Yuuka! Today I’m at Cosmosquare Station in Osaka. And guess what… I’m about to take my very first international ferry! I’m going from Osaka all the way to Busan in Korea. The ship I’m getting on is called the PanStar Miracle. It’s a brand-new ship that just started service this April. It’s a ferry that runs regular routes between Osaka and Busan. Apparently the facilities on board are super luxurious, so I’m really excited. Alright, let’s head straight over to the boarding area. *From Cosmosquare Station to the ferry terminal,
there’s a dedicated shuttle bus.* *It runs about every 15 minutes.* *It still doesn’t feel real that I’m going overseas by ferry…* *There are secretly quite a lot of people, so I’m low-key scanning around. Please hold on a moment.* We’ve arrived. Osaka Port International Ferry Terminal. Last time when I took the Meimon Taiyo Ferry from Osaka, and when I went on the Sunflower and the Orange Ferry, Osaka Nanko Station was the closest station. But this time the nearest station is Cosmosquare, so the closest station is different for international ferries. Be careful when you come. *Also, there’s no currency exchange or convenience store in the ferry terminal,
so that’s another thing to watch out for.* First, I’m going to head to the ticket counter and get my ticket issued. *You just scan your passport on the machine and it checks you in automatically.* *Your personal info pops up huge on the screen, so I just quickly check it and hit OK.* Got my ticket! Look at this. It’s a ferry ticket that looks like a plane ticket. Wow… It really feels like I’m taking a flight. Apparently this QR code here is also the QR code for my room. Oh no… *I am absolutely not turning this room into a party hall.* And they also gave me an immigration declaration form. I need this to enter Korea, so I’ll fill it out later. Even though it’s a ferry, it kind of feels like a flight, so my brain is starting to get confused. *My head is kinda glitching out right now.* When I told my mom I was taking a ferry by myself to Korea today, she was like, “Oh really? I wanna go too.” And somehow… she just tagged along. Did you just come along without asking, Mom? That’s right. Why did you decide to come? Because I wanted to go. You wanted to go? You wanted to visit Korea? Yup!! Exactly. Alright, let’s have fun then. Bye-bye! As expected from an international line, there’s an immigration check. I’m going over here, and after I clear immigration, I’ll be boarding the ferry. English, Chinese, Korean… Whoa, this is so international… By the way, the terminal I usually use is the Osaka Nanko Ferry Terminal. Right now I’m at the Osaka International Ferry Terminal instead. It’s actually pretty far away. I’ve come up to the observation deck on the 3rd floor of the ferry terminal. The view is really nice. It’s cloudy again today, though. I found the PanStar Miracle! It’s 171 meters long, and about 25.4 meters wide. It’s 22,000 tons. That’s huge… It’s got orange and blue accents, so it looks super stylish and cool. I’m so excited. It’s boarding time now, so I just passed through the immigration gate. From here, we’re taking another bus to get to the boarding area. *We’re finally boarding the PanStar Miracle.* *I’m so excited I might go bald, but I’ll try to hold it together.* *The boarding entrance is right around the “belly” of the ship.* *By the way, my mom escaped the camera and boarded ahead of me.* Wow… the ceiling is so pretty… It’s all sparkly. *It’s so nice when a friendly crew member comes over to carry your bag.* Kamsahamnida. Wow… Oh my gosh, alcohol right off the bat? Is this a welcome drink? Wow… there’s live music. This is what it looks like when you first walk in from the entrance. Wow… It’s super luxurious. There’s a Korean-style emblem painted on the ceiling. I really wanna explore the ship slowly, but first I’m going to my room to drop my luggage off. I’ll give you a proper tour later. I found my room for tonight. I’m in room 708. Alright, let’s head in. *You unlock the electronic lock with a passcode while you’re out at sea.* Okay, let’s make it my birthday. OK. Oh, so you don’t actually get to choose it yourself… *You unlock it at sea using the passcode printed on your ticket.* Here’s my room for tonight. This is so VIP… Isn’t this crazy? This is kind of insane… I’m getting so hyped. Look at this massive TV. I think it’s the biggest TV I’ve ever had on a trip. This is wild… Wait, what is this, could it be… Huh? What is this… I’m guessing but… there’s champagne and cookies here. The service is amazing. Phew… taking a quick break… Ever since I boarded, I’ve been thinking this, but the staff service is seriously incredible. They carry your luggage on the escalator for you, and if I look all awkward and lost, they immediately come over like, “Are you okay?” It’s honestly amazing. The only thing is, I don’t understand English so I was kind of lost there. *Forget English or Korean, even my Japanese is suspicious sometimes.* I’ve been coming to Osaka a lot lately. I stayed at that sento where you can sleep the other day, and I’m actually doing an event in Osaka this January too. It’s going to be held on January 30th and 31st, for two days. It’ll be my very first event in Osaka. The tickets are on sale right now, so if you’re interested, please grab one while you can. I’ve put all the details in the description box, so please check it out. We still have plenty of time before departure, so I’m going to explore the room first. First, there are two big beds. I don’t think they’re doubles. They’re probably single size. So there are two single beds, and then this big TV. You can even adjust the angle of the TV. Isn’t that so cool? So you could just sit by the entrance and still watch TV from there. And near the entrance, there’s a mirror and a desk. This mirror… has lights that you can adjust like a movie star vanity mirror. *If there’s a dimmable vanity light, you know it’s a fancy ferry.* There’s also a phone to call the front desk, and there’s Wi-Fi too. Yesss! And over here we’ve got tissues, a kettle to boil water, and I think this is a coffee machine? Basically, drinks are unlimited. What’s this? Is it amenities? Wow… there’s a shower cap, a comb, and something called a “vanity kit”…? *It had things like toner and cotton swabs inside.* There are all kinds of amenities in here. I wonder if there’s anything in this drawer. There are some fancy-looking mugs and glasses. More snacks! I love that there are so many snacks. There’s a fridge under the desk. There’s water in the fridge too. It’s FIJI! I really love this water, it tastes so good. And the label is cute. I’m guessing this door is for the bathroom. There’s a super clean sink, a toilet, and a shower booth. In the shower booth, they’ve got shampoo and body wash, which is really nice. It’s pretty compact, but it feels really clean and nice. This room is actually a Balcony Suite. So it comes with a window. I want to see what the view looks like from the window. I wonder how it looks. Open… Wait, hang on… it’s not even 5 p.m. yet, but we’ve already left the port… *Apparently we departed early and I didn’t even notice.* Uh, what do I do… It’s 4:54 p.m. right now, but the ferry left earlier than the scheduled departure time. Bye-bye, Osaka! I’ll be back in January! Look, look, the sunset is so beautiful. Wow… *For once, it’s not even raining today, it’s perfect.* Since this room has a balcony like this, I can just enjoy the view right from my room. The view is insanely good. It feels like I’ve got this whole view all to myself. On domestic routes, even if it’s earlier than the scheduled time… It’s pretty rare for a ferry to leave early. So this was honestly a first-time experience for me. Apparently there’s a Zumba dance session starting at 5 p.m. I wonder where they’re doing it. I’ve never seen Zumba in person before, so I’m really excited to watch it. *I went thinking it was a Zumba dance show… but it turned out I was the one dancing.* *Please enjoy me desperately trying to keep up with the instructor.* *This is not the “loach-scooping” folk dance, I promise.* *Here comes the chorus… time to really turn up the energy.* *I look like someone who’s bad at side-to-side shuttle runs.* *Wait, is this actually the immigration screening…?* *If so, I’d better dance like my life depends on it.* *Finishing with a Shawshank Redemption pose.* I thought I was just going to watch Zumba, but it turned out to be “you’re dancing too.” It was so embarrassing… There weren’t many people there, so I ended up dancing for the whole 45 minutes. I’m exhausted… Now that I’ve survived Zumba, I’m going to explore the inside of the ship. This is the main entrance area. It’s so pretty… There’s a giant screen constantly playing PanStar ads. This isn’t a footbath, right? I guess it’s just decorative water? For a second I thought it was a footbath and almost dipped my feet in. Look, there’s a casino. Isn’t it wild that there’s a casino on board? But casinos are banned in Japan, so I guess it’s not open yet. Maybe they only start running it after we pass through Japanese waters. There’s still no one inside. I wonder how it works… it’s completely empty. There’s roulette—brings back memories. I haven’t played since I went to Las Vegas. Kind of want to try it again tonight. But the last time I went to Las Vegas, I posted a video where I bet my whole paycheck at the casino, and my mom told me I’m banned from casinos now. Maybe I’ll sneak in and play without telling her… *If she finds out, I’m getting cut straight to the ending roll.* Next to the casino there’s this super fancy-looking bar. And also a restaurant. There’s literally no one inside, so I’m scared to go in… It’s definitely expensive, right? Here’s what the ship map looks like. We’re on Deck 5 right now, and there are all kinds of facilities here. Decks 6 and 7 are the main passenger areas. My room is on Deck 7. I’m in 708, so I’m right here. Wow… there’s even a hospital. I’m also curious about the VIP lounge. I wonder what “Mascarade” is. Is it a restaurant? Pocha—so cute. What’s Pocha, I wonder? There’s even a nail shop—wow… I can’t believe there’s a nail salon on board. There’s a fitness center, sauna, and a casino & game bar too. There are places you never see on regular ferries, which is really fun. By the way, dinner time starts at 6 p.m. It’s almost time, maybe I should head over. There’s even a duty-free shop. Wow… a duty-free shop inside a ferry. They sell Korean beauty products in the duty-free shop, and of course PanStar Miracle merch too, plus all kinds of different alcohol. *This corner is way too dangerous for someone on a no-alcohol streak like me.* They also sell stuff you don’t usually see on ferries, like cigarettes, and Korean snacks. How do you read this? I can’t read it… I’m hopeless… Yangpa Ring…? I wonder if I’m saying it right. Looks delicious. All the ice creams are Korean too. If you go further in, there’s a kids’ area. I kind of want to play too, but I’d definitely get weird looks… At the very end of Deck 5, there are ocean-view rooms. But these are locked too, so I can’t go inside. *They’re capsule-style ocean-view rooms for 2–4 people.* Here’s the hospital. Isn’t it crazy there’s a hospital on board? So even if I trip and hurt myself here, I’ll be okay. I’ll do my best not to end up here though. There’s also a big public bath, of course. The icon looks like rain falling on someone’s head, kind of like me, the perpetual rain girl. They’ve even got a massage room, and a fitness room. Apparently you ask at the front desk when you want to use them and they unlock it for you. I found a nail salon tucked away over here. Doing your nails on a ship is kind of wild… As expected from Korea—the land of beauty. So that’s what Deck 5 looks like. Next, I’m going to head up the stairs and check out Deck 6. The inside of the ship is so spacious, I love it. Once you go up to Deck 6, you see a row of ocean-view rooms. If you walk further back on Deck 6, there are inside rooms. *They’re windowless capsule rooms for up to 4 people.* The inside rooms look like this. They’re actually pretty spacious and nice. They kind of feel like the compartment-style room I took before. Even in the inside rooms, you still get your own toilet and shower. So nice… This is the vibe on Deck 6. There are chairs and tables too, so even if you don’t have a private room, you can chill out here. Since it’s 6 p.m. now, I’ve come to the restaurant on Deck 7. Here’s what the restaurant looks like. Because the time is fixed, there are quite a lot of people here. I wonder if the seating is divided by room type. This is my seat. Wow… they’ve even set out wine for us. This is so fancy… No matter which room type you book, dinner comes with two meals per person. Isn’t it crazy that you get two meals included for free? And on top of that, there’s alcohol. It’s a buffet, so I’m going to go grab some food now. I’m about to go wild… Oh no, everything looks insanely good… There’s meat… There are tons of fancy dishes lined up, and they all look delicious. There’s prosciutto with cheese that would go perfectly with drinks, plus pizza and yakisoba, and even lots of fresh fruit. I’ve overfilled my plate again. Everything looks so good. They’ve got samgyeopsal and tteokbokki—super Korean. Alright then, let’s dig in. First, cheers with some wine. ~Refueling~ Wait… okay, this isn’t what it looks like… Since we’re heading to Busan today… I’m going to drink a ton in Busan style. *My mom is staring at me with a very worried face.* This looks way too good… I love japchae so much. It’s insanely good… I’ve actually been to Korea a few times solo, but it’s kind of hard to go into a samgyeopsal restaurant alone. And even if you do go, you usually have to order at least two portions. So being able to eat it like this on a ship makes me really happy. *Though usually in those situations I just eat both portions by myself.* Oh no, this is spicy… It’s really spicy… What do I do, what do I do… I just need to drink this. *So is this like the “Calm-Star Miracle” now?* Igeo masisseoyo. (This is delicious.) You can actually load cars onto this ferry too. So I was thinking about bringing Papa Clipper along as well. But apparently you need an international driver’s license to bring a car, and I don’t have one, so I gave up this time. Plus Papa Clipper is in the hospital right now. But I really want to drive Papa Clipper in Korea someday. One day I want to give it a proper world debut. This meat is unreal… So the wine is actually all-you-can-drink. Please drink a lot. Kamsahamnida. Yes, I managed to get a wine refill. I just realized we haven’t done a proper cheers together today. So, cheers everyone! When it’s free, I definitely end up drinking more. Tteokbokki. So good. It’s so chewy. But it’s actually pretty spicy. Korean food really does have a lot of spicy dishes. But it’s that nice sweet-and-spicy kind of spice, so it’s fun to eat. That was delicious, thank you for the meal. Dinner was so fancy and everything tasted amazing. I ate so much that by the time I arrive in Busan I might have turned into Pooh Bear (?) After eating, I came up to Deck 8. It looks like Deck 8 has an observation deck and stuff. Let’s go take a look. Wow… You can see the area where we just had dinner from up here. It’s like a stage. There’s a photo spot here. Mom, can you hold this for a sec? Hold it here and I’ll go take a commemorative photo. Yay! Ready, set… *PanStar totally tilted me.* Oh no, that was so embarrassing… I’m done… Look, look, what is this? A pool? A hot spring? I’m not even sure if we’re allowed to get in, but… it definitely looks like some kind of hot spring. How are you supposed to get in? You’re not, like, naked, right…? Apparently on the Osaka-to-Busan route it’s open from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., so I guess it’s available right now. Wait, really? I wonder if the water’s actually warm. It’s lukewarm. Do you go in wearing a swimsuit? And over here… there’s a pool with literally no one in it. I wanna go in, but of course I didn’t bring a swimsuit… It’d be so fun to come in summer and actually use the pool. I’ll have to come ride this again. Attention, dear passengers. At 8:15 p.m., in the restaurant on Deck 7, a special “Miracle-only” performance is scheduled to begin. We kindly ask for your interest and participation. Thank you very much. I’ve come back to the restaurant on Deck 7. Apparently some kind of show is about to start. They’re not going to make us dance again… right? *It’d be hilarious if this turned into Zumba Part 2.* A soft, gentle violin performance has started. The song is “Merry-Go-Round of Life” from Howl’s Moving Castle. Getting to watch something like this for free is honestly such a miracle. From their outfits I thought it was going to be a magic show, but nope. I’ll join in by bobbing my head like a little metronome. Now the sax player has joined and it’s turned into a duet. I thought, “Okay, this time the magic show is starting,” but again, no. Then a singer jumped in and the vibe went totally hype. If I looked away for a second, I felt like Mom would hop on stage—she was that into it. We just finished watching the show. I thought it was going to stay super calm and classy, but it turned into a total banger. It was seriously full-on party mode. Instruments are just so cool, honestly. I really admire people who can play them. I wanna try playing something too. I want to be like, “toot-toot-toot-tooooot” and stuff. Right now we’re sailing somewhere above Kagawa Prefecture. I can see the Great Seto Bridge over there in the distance. The Seto Bridge is gorgeous every time I see it. There’s even a train going across right now. Such perfect timing. The train is passing right over our heads. Bye-bye, Seto Bridge. See you again. I’ve come back to the casino area. They explained everything in English, so I honestly don’t really get how it works. But they told me, “No money.” Does that mean I don’t need any money? I asked, “Is it okay if I take a video?” and they said yes. Alright, time to go fight it out in the casino. *Operation: Get Rich Off Blackjack.* 3 or 13. Do you want to hit or stay? Hit. It’s a 17. Oh, stay. Staying on 17. Dealer: 5… 15. One more. I’m busted—you win. I won! Oh no, playing tiny safe bets is kind of boring, right? 15. Hit or stay? Hit. Hit on 15. Blackjack! Blackjack, yes! Amazing. Guess you’ve gotta go big after all. No more bets? Let’s play. 20. Stay at 20. 19—you win! 20, okay, stay. *My chips suddenly multiplied like crazy.* Finished. I actually made a profit. Thank you. I hope you enjoyed it. That was so fun. I just scored a big win at blackjack. They loaded all my winnings as points onto this card. You can use these points on the slot machines here, and also on these game machines. Wait, there’s a huge bear here. This bear… could it be… the same one that got seasick on the last ferry? I was fully planning to secretly splash a ton of money here behind Mom’s back, but I didn’t have to spend anything. I got to play for free—so lucky. Since I’ve got a ton of points now, I’ll use them here. How do you even play this thing? Wait, no, it just sucked the card in. *I have a bad feeling about this…* Oh no… I messed up… Tragic news, everyone… That point card I just got, apparently you can’t use it on this claw machine. It was only valid on the slot machines. They told me, “You can use it in this corner,” so I didn’t really get it and just shoved it in, but when I asked the staff lady, she said they can’t take it out, and I lost all my points. Well, I earned those points for free anyway, so I’ll just let it go… I took the elevator up to Deck 7. There’s a giant shark here. It’s so cute… *Please apologize to the whales.* If you go even further in, there’s a restaurant. “Masquerade”—such a cute name. Whoa, what is this… I’ve discovered the VIP lounge. I wonder if I’m allowed in. Probably not, right? I’ll just peek inside. The VIP lounge is insane… There’s a ridiculous amount of alcohol lined up. I’m supposed to be off alcohol… this is dangerous… The vibe is totally VIP too. VIP. If I mess around like this, they’re totally going to kick me out. Also, my room is on Deck 7. It’s super convenient with the restaurant and VIP lounge so close. The flowers blooming here and there are so cute. It really feels like I’m at a resort. And there’s also a meeting room. It says “Meeting Room,” but it’s basically a karaoke room. They said you need a reservation and it costs about 30,000 won (around $22), so it’s roughly 3,000 yen, like about $20, to rent it. That’s a bit pricey, so I think I’ll pass. You need this customs declaration form when you enter Korea, so I’m going to fill it out now. I’ve written my passport number so many times I’ve memorized it. I can write it without even looking. New “special skill,” unlocked. *My type is people who have their passport number memorized.* I found the “Gosen-in” ferry seal. I wasn’t sure if they’d have one here, but it looks so cool. Look, it’s super shiny. And there’s even a Korean version too. There are four types—how am I supposed to choose? This one’s cute too, since I’m here… Ugh, what do I do… Okay, I’ve decided. I went ahead and bought the ferry seals. I couldn’t decide, so I ended up getting both. The sparkly blue one and the gold one. Aren’t they so cool? I counted the other day and realized I already had 15 ferry seals, so now this makes 17. I’ve collected quite a lot. PanStar Miracle is just way too comfortable… This is honestly the best… *It even makes me forget I’m supposed to be off alcohol.* Right now we’re sailing through the Seto Inland Sea, and there’s basically no rocking at all. This is my mom’s first time on a long-distance ferry, and she was shocked like, “Ferries are actually this comfy?!” Plus, we still have 5G signal right now, so my phone works totally fine. We left at 5 p.m., so it’s been about five and a half hours, but the signal still seems totally okay. Once we pass Kyushu though, I feel like the signal’s going to start getting sketchy. There’s only one PanStar Miracle ferry, and it runs from Osaka on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and from Busan on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. So it’s just going back and forth nonstop, basically running with almost no breaks. Working almost every day—what a hard worker… I really need to learn from that. *Not exactly something I should say while I’m drinking though.* “Do you like sweets?” “These are complimentary for you.” They just surprised me with free desserts. They’re way too kind… Seriously, every staff member is so nice. Even earlier when I just peeked into the VIP lounge, they were like, “You don’t have to order anything,” “It’s totally fine if you just film.” They’re such good people… If you say that, of course I’m going to come eat here, so here I am. *I’m weak to kindness, so I’m definitely coming back here to drink again.* This is so good. Thank you for the food. That was such a happy, cozy time. After this, I’m going to hit the big public bath and then head to bed. *11:45 p.m. — passing under the Akashi Kaikyō Bridge.* *Getting to see this right from my room is honestly the best thing ever.* Alright, I’m going to head to the big public bath now. See you in a bit. Since it’s a brand-new ship, the big bath area is super clean. There’s a huge window where you can look out over the ocean, and it has a faint cypress scent that’s really relaxing. They’ve even got a sauna, which is pretty rare on a ferry. I’m back from the big bath, and I’ve stepped out onto the balcony of my room. The big bath was seriously amazing. There was a sauna too, and it was actually really stylish. So of course I went into the sauna for a bit as well. It felt so good. And after a nice long bath, I’m obviously going to use the champagne that came with this room to wrap up the end of the day. *Tastes as sweet as this suite.* It’s the perfect way to end the night. By the way, I’m sure a lot of you are wondering how much this ferry actually costs. The cheapest option is the “Inside” room, and that’s 20,000 yen per person, around $130. That one also includes both dinner and breakfast, so it’s actually a pretty good deal. You get to travel from Osaka to Busan and it comes with two meals. Honestly, even that would’ve been totally fine for today. The next level up is the “Ocean View” room, which costs 25,000 yen, about $170. The room itself is almost the same as the Inside room, but in the Inside room you don’t get an ocean view. With Ocean View, you get the privilege of seeing the sea right from your room. The next nicer room is this Balcony Suite, which is 50,000 yen per person, about $330. This room is for up to two people, but that price is per person, so at the regular rate, two people would pay 100,000 yen total. And the most expensive option is the Royal Suite. That’s also for up to two people, but it’s 70,000 yen per person, around $470. I saw the guests who were staying in the Royal Suite, and they got reserved seats for the show earlier— like the very front row, and they got lots of extra drink service too. So they really were getting tons of special perks. PanStar Miracle does sales fairly often, and they have these special discount fares. Originally, this room was supposed to be 50,000 yen, but when I booked it, it was on sale for 35,000 yen, about $230. So for 35,000 yen, I get to have this private room all to myself, get meals included, and travel at the same time. That’s insanely good value, right? PanStar Miracle is seriously amazing. Don’t you think they give you a lot of alcohol service? All-you-can-drink at dinner is wild, and having drinks waiting in the room is next level… It’s basically a “no-mercy for people on a no-alcohol rule” ferry… *If you want a different kind of overseas trip than usual,* *or if you want to enjoy the journey itself while you travel, this ferry is super recommended.* Alright, before I get too cold, I’m going to head back to my room and go to sleep. Everyone, please be careful. When you come to Korea, make sure you bring a travel adapter. Otherwise you won’t be able to use Japanese plugs. You need these round-style plugs or they won’t go in. Okay then, good night. *4:47 a.m. — the ferry is sailing off the coast of Hikoshima, Shimonoseki in Yamaguchi Prefecture.* *From here we’ll pass through the Korea Strait and head for Busan.* Good morning. It’s morning now. For some reason I barely slept at all last night, so I’m super sleepy. Breakfast time is starting now, so I’m going to head to the restaurant and grab some food. *Breakfast at the restaurant is buffet-style too.* My number-one favorite sausages are here again, so I’m relieved. They’ve got freshly baked croissants and raisin bread, and they fry up eggs right in front of you like an open kitchen. There are tons of fruits and desserts even in the morning—such a happy space. Everything looks way too good… Okay then, let’s dig in. Right now the ferry has passed Kyushu and we’re somewhere in the middle between Fukuoka and Busan. We’re roughly around here. I thought once we got out this far we’d lose signal, but it’s still coming in just fine. The rocking of the ship has gotten a bit rougher than yesterday though. I felt a little seasick this morning, but I took some motion sickness meds and I’m feeling better now. I mean, I kind of expected this, but… It’s just that the Seto Inland Sea is unusually calm— normally the ocean rocks like this everywhere else. *That’s why I’m such a hardcore Seto Inland Sea stan.* My fried egg’s here. Isn’t it such a perfect shape? It’s so round—how did they even make this? *Behold: the Jiggle-Jiggle Gooey Egg (new name).* Actually, there was a Pilates class this morning starting at 6:30 a.m., but I was way too sleepy to go. Breakfast started at 7, and I *really* didn’t want to miss that, so I did my best and woke up at 5:30. For me, that was already a pretty heroic early wake-up. By the way, it’s not exactly a sister ship, but there are other ferries that run similar routes to this one. There’s the Camellia Line that goes between Fukuoka and Busan, and the Tsushima Link Ferry that goes between Izuhara and Busan, and then another Tsushima Link Ferry that goes between Hitakatsu and Busan. So there are actually more ferries from Japan to Korea than you’d think. I want to try riding the other ones too sometime. *If you’ve ridden them before, please tell me all about it.* Thanks for the meal. That was super delicious. I’m happy from first thing in the morning. *We’re arriving in Busan very soon,* *so before disembarking, I’m heading back there for a rematch.* I just finished breakfast, but I accidentally left my camera in the dining room. When I went back, they told me, “You shouldn’t forget things like that.” I really do forget stuff all the time… I need to be more careful. I’m glad they were nice about it. I’ve come to the game corner to get my revenge from yesterday. I *have* to win something before I get off this ship. Look, look—this Shin-chan is so cute. I’m going to try aiming for this one. How do you even play this? I guess you just line it up and stab the middle? Okay, I’ll go for A. Right here. So close, I was too late… Sad trombone… Oh no… Here we go again. This is actually pretty hard. Missed again. Last try. I’ll press it just a tiny bit early this time. Too early… *I seriously hate those rigged arcade machines that “adjust” the timing!* I can’t win anything… I failed. Gabiin… Maybe I’ll go for this bear instead. If I actually win it, that’s going to be a problem too, though. But I kind of want it. For this game, a number counts up on the screen there, and if you press the button exactly at 10 seconds, you win. There was a game like this in Wii Sports too, right? Alright, let’s give it a shot. Here we go—ready, go. Ah, so close. *Well, okay, not actually that close.* Gabiin. Same angle as before. I can’t afford to go bankrupt here, so I’m going to retreat. *My face when I don’t really understand the announcement.* Thank you. ありがとうございます Please take care. ありがとうございました I had a great time. Are you from Osaka or from Tokyo? I’m from Tokyo. I knew it, Miss Tokyo. ありがとうございました Well, I’m actually from Shizuoka though. We managed to disembark safely. Now I’m going to go through immigration and officially enter Korea. I made it through immigration with no problems. So today I took the PanStar Miracle and traveled from Osaka all the way to Busan. It was super comfortable. We spent a long time sailing through the Seto Inland Sea, so there was almost no rocking, and we had decent signal too, so it was a really pleasant trip. Plus, there were things you don’t see on domestic ferries, like a casino and a duty-free shop, so it felt really fresh and new as a ferry experience. It was my first time coming overseas by ship, so I thought it would be a lot more complicated, but there actually weren’t that many procedures. It was basically just departure immigration and arrival immigration, and everything went really smoothly. And I got to enjoy Korean food on board, and since it was a buffet, I could eat as much as I wanted, which made me so happy. I had such a great time, so I really hope you’ll try taking an international ferry too. Thank you so much for watching till the very end today. If you enjoyed this video, please subscribe, leave a comment, and give it a like. Alright then, bye-bye! It’s been a while since I was last in Korea— I’m going to enjoy it to the fullest.
