大雨の中で女1人軽バン車中泊、静かに夜を楽しむはずが…

I made it! Tonight I’m doing another chill car camping, nothing too crazy. I actually posted a car camping video from Okinawa before, and that was after I customized this car. So yeah, that was probably my first car camping video with it. It was in the middle of summer and soooo hot. But now it’s September, so it shouldn’t be as bad as back then. I think I can survive just fine. So, let’s do my usual car camping routine! First, pull out the bed. Then I lay this mattress on top. And boom, that’s it, all done! That was fast, right? Instant cozy crash zone, just like that. Genius. Switch time! So, today’s weather forecast says rain. But honestly, I’m just staying inside here anyway, so who cares if it rains? If you think it’s gonna rain later, leave a red car emoji in the comments. If you think it won’t, then drop a blue one. Though… the title probably spoiled it already. I’m playing Pokémon Arceus right now. Look, look! I actually caught Arceus! It was seriously tough to get. I worked super hard catching it, so yeah… kinda bragging here for those who know how hard that is. And hey, the Switch 2 just came out recently. I want it sooo bad. Like, I wanna set up a monitor here and play Switch 2 inside the car. Still debating if I should buy it right now though. But if I put a monitor here, I could watch YouTube or Netflix too. I’d literally never have to leave the car again. *At this rate, I might just cancel my apartment ‘cause I love this car so much.* Alright, time to make some dinner. Tonight’s dinner is gonna be curry! I mean, I said I wouldn’t overdo it, but if I just ate convenience store food, it’d be boring for you guys to watch, right? So at least I’ll put in some effort for curry. I even bought rice for it. Since I actually have a rice cooker in the car, I’m gonna cook real rice tonight. It’ll probably take some time though, so I’ll start cooking the rice first. So right now I’m in Ishikawa Prefecture. And you know, Ishikawa is kinda famous for curry, right? That’s why I decided to make curry tonight. I mean, I love curry too, so I’m super excited. Even though it’s cooler in September, it’s still pretty hot out here. I don’t even know what “two cups” means exactly… *Well, as long as I cook it with love, it’ll be fine.* *I’ll just eyeball it since I have no clue anyway.* This is no-wash rice, so I can just cook it as is, no rinsing. Alright, done prepping. Just like last time, I’ll be using the IH stove. This is actually my first time making curry inside the car. I’ll start by cutting the potatoes. I need to peel them with a peeler, but… Where did I even put that thing? *?!* Okay wait, I’m mid-cooking but… I’m gonna have a little drink first. Cheers, guys! Look, this drink says “bewitching aroma.” That’s totally me. Or maybe I’m more of a gentle aroma? Oh wait—never mind, found the peeler! Okay, peeling the potatoes now. There’s a supermarket nearby, so I went shopping earlier. I kinda had a feeling it’d turn out like this, so good call buying stuff beforehand (prophecy fulfilled). I definitely can’t drive anymore tonight, so I’m just staying holed up in here. My outfit even looks kinda curry-colored. Not that I planned it or anything. It just happened to match the curry vibe. Okay, potatoes are peeled. Peeling potatoes is honestly the most time-consuming part, right? Hmm… looks like it’s raining a little. Not sure if it’s actual rain or just humidity. But probably rain. If it rains, maybe it’ll cool down a bit, and maybe even keep the bugs away. So yeah, rain’s not such a bad thing after all. Next, I’ll chop them up with a knife. *Taking off my jacket ‘cause it’s getting in the way of curry duty.* To save time, I’ll cut them a little smaller. This is actually the knife’s first appearance on the channel. I keep a bunch of random stuff in this drawer right here. Like chopsticks, spoons, a spatula for stir-fry, all sorts of things really. Honestly, even I forget what’s in there sometimes. It’s super well-stocked though. So cooking in the car is actually pretty convenient. I even have a measuring cup! *Honestly, my car kitchen is better than my home one.* Potatoes—done! Next up, Mr. Carrot. Mr. Onion. Mr. Shiitake. Mr. Burdock. And Mr. Carrot again. I actually kinda like peeling veggies. When I was little, I used to help my mom, but cutting was too hard so I wasn’t allowed. I peeled a ton instead. But once I cut my hand, and I got fired from kitchen duty. *Peelers are officially banned at my parents’ house.* Next player on the field: onion. They didn’t sell single onions—only a pack of four— and if I use all four, it’ll just turn into onion curry. Let’s stick to two. I do love onions though. We even grow them in our garden. With onions, how much skin are you supposed to peel off? When I helped out back then, I over-peeled and got fired again. But since it’s just me, I can do it my way, and it’s fun. No one scolds me no matter how much I peel. Oh right, use the “cat’s paw” grip when cutting. *Doing it properly in case Mom watches this.* *Can’t risk a knife ban too, you know?* Isn’t cooking for one super hard to portion? If I add every veggie, it’s gonna be a lot. I mean, I’ll still eat it all. It’s looking like a lot though. Alright, veggie team—dismissed. Lastly, I bought some curry meat. Is this from Ishikawa? Oh, not even close. It’s from Australia. But it’s curry-cut, so it’s gonna be tasty. It already looks so good… Can you smell this amazing aroma? Okay, while this is sizzling, let me tell you a painfully cringey fail story. Recently my total YouTube views hit 100 million. But I miscounted the digits and thought it was a billion. I bragged to my mom, “I hit one billion views!” She was like, “A billion? That’s crazy…” Then I checked again and it was just 100 million. So yeah, I accidentally added about 900 million. Yeah, that was kinda painful… But hey, even 100 million is such a crazy number. *Honestly, I feel like giving you guys some curry as thanks.* I’ll correct myself to my mom… someday. Ooh, it’s getting nice and browned. Smells amazing… If you came over to Papakurippa now, you might get a little taste. Like, I could spare some onions. But the meat? Nope, that’s all mine. Now let’s pour in the water I bought earlier. There’s probably some proper rule for how much, but I’m just eyeballing it. Honestly, it’s more fun that way. *Classic move of people who mess up cooking.* So yeah, I put in about this much. Now we just wait. And while we wait… well… Beer time. I can’t really tell the difference between beers, but Premium Malts feels super rich and deep. It’s got that bold taste. I think I actually made curry before, on a camping trip. Pretty sure it was in Tochigi, at Minami-Nasu Auto Campground. I made curry there too. Back then I went with a Probox. The Probox is roomy, sure, but mini-vans like this have higher roofs, so they’re surprisingly more comfortable. That time I just spread out a sleeping bag in the car. But now I’ve got a whole bed set up. Big glow-up moment. Believe it or not, I’ve car-camped in a bunch of cars besides this mini-van. Let me think, which ones… A Jimny. Also an Aqua. A Probox, too. I even tried a camper van. And a Voxy. *Oh yeah, also a GR86 and a Hustler.* But honestly, mini-vans are the comfiest and easiest for car camping. Plus, all those were rentals, so camping in my own car like this feels freer, and I get so attached to it. It’s honestly the best. At the end of the day, mini-vans really are the best. Sorry, I’m just totally obsessed with my baby here. It kinda sounds like I’m obsessed with my dad, which totally gives the wrong idea. I mean, I love my dad too, but… I guess I’m just being a total parent with my car. My baby’s the best, hands down. *Bonus points ‘cause mini-vans are small and easy to drive.* But since it’s hot in the car, the beer warms up fast. Still, drinking it in my baby’s ride makes it taste better. Okay, it’s simmering nicely— time to add the curry roux. Since I’ve got Premium Malts beer today, I picked Premium Curry Roux to match. Alright, let’s toss it in. There’s probably some “proper timing” for when you’re supposed to add it, but I’m ignoring the rules—this is my style. It’s really looking like curry now. So good… Just waiting for it to melt. And while I wait… Oh no, I’ve almost finished the whole can. Guess that’s the “end of a can.” *Should’ve bought another one, rookie mistake.* Oh my gosh, it looks way too good. Curry is done! And the rice is ready too. But since I eyeballed the rice, I’m super nervous if it turned out. Ready… set… Whoa, didn’t it come out perfect? My eyeballing skills are on point. And the texture is spot on too— not too soft, not too hard. If you ever need someone to eyeball rice, call me up. I nailed it this time. Look at this— we’re not done yet. Finally, I’ll top it off with this pork cutlet from Ishikawa. Apparently in Ishikawa, it’s famous to serve curry with katsu on top. So that’s what I’m doing. Let’s line up the cutlet boldly, but neatly. Done! Ishikawa-style Katsu Curry. It turned out amazing! Almost all eyeballed, but didn’t I do great? Alright, let’s dig in! Delicious… So good it’s kinda dangerous. Curry honestly tastes amazing anytime, right? Oh my gosh, this is way too good. Yummm. Oh wait! I couldn’t decide between beer or Lemon-dou, so I actually bought both. Lucky me. I was panicking like, “No booze left!” after finishing my beer, but turns out I had Lemon-dou! Cheers to round two. So good. Almost as good as the curry itself. Okay, time to try the katsu too. Tender and tasty. I just bought it at the supermarket, but it tastes like it was freshly fried. Delish… Right now I’m pretty deep in the mountains of Ishikawa. I checked the map earlier, and Shirakawa-go is actually pretty close. It’s less than an hour’s drive from here. Last time I went to Shirakawa-go was around February this year, when it was snowing. Now it’s summer, so I bet the scenery looks totally different. Summer Shirakawa-go must be beautiful too. *Even places you’ve already been change with the seasons.* *Makes you wanna see them in spring, summer, fall, and winter.* *Especially snowy regions—I always wanna come back in winter.* *If you know good car camping spots in winter, please tell me!* Man, this is just the best. The rain helped cool things down, so it’s way more comfortable. This is too comfy now. I’m so happy. Oops, I was so into eating that I went silent for a while. It’s just that good. Why is curry always this amazing? I can’t stop eating. All done! That was insanely good. I’m super full now, so I’ll take a little break. Dinner’s done, so I think I’ll just chill and keep drinking. I even got some beef jerky for my drinking snacks. I really love this stuff. *If I could only bring one thing to a deserted island,* *I’d take this drinking set without hesitation.* Let’s play some games while I snack on this. Let’s play Mario Party. It’s like the only party you can have by yourself. Kinda cool, right? If someone asked, “What are you doing tonight?” and I said, “Oh, I’m having a party,” it sounds pretty awesome… I think? The sound of the rain is so nice. It’s so soothing—I’ll probably sleep well. The other day, my sister came over and stayed for about a week. I thought it’d be fun to play Mario Party or The Game of Life, so I bought The Game of Life. But she went home the day it arrived, so we never got to play. I tried opening it to play alone, but can you even play that solo? I gave up, but maybe I should try again. Doesn’t The Game of Life seem like it could have a square like this? “Your sister comes over, you buy The Game of Life, pay $50,000.” Anyway, here’s Mario Party. I always pick Mario. He’s always my character. *At least in games, I wanna be the main character.* Gaming while lying down is seriously the best. But honestly, when I play games or scroll on my phone lying down, I always pass out. Sorry if I fall asleep mid-game. This month I’ve been uploading videos on Sundays and Thursdays, streaming on Mondays, doing member-only streams on Fridays, and posting member-only videos on Saturdays. So on a free day like today, I just laze around like this. Lately, instead of chilling at home, I spend more time hanging out in my car. You can rest *and* move around, so it’s super convenient. Ahh, Boo just did something to me! But hey, impressive, right? I’ve been holding first place this whole time. *Just clarifying, ‘cause being doubted about 1st place stings the most.* Ugh… I’m getting sleepy. I still need to clean up, but… it’s raining outside, so maybe I’ll just do it tomorrow. Sleepy… And the booze is kicking in, so yeah, I think I’m gonna call it a night. I’ll tackle everything tomorrow. Good night. Good morning! I slept super well last night, just totally passed out. When I woke up, I found a bathhouse nearby, so I drove over and took a bath. I even changed and did my makeup there. My bangs look pretty good today, right? Nailed it—I’m so happy. Okay, first things first, let’s tackle the cleaning I skipped yesterday. Starting with the dishes. Gotta gather them all up and take them to wash. Ugh, rice grains are stuck everywhere… Should’ve just washed these last night. Now I’m paying for it. It rained pretty hard last night, so walking over to the sink would’ve been a pain anyway. So I guess it couldn’t be helped. It’s already September, but still super hot. This morning I actually woke up to cicadas. But I’m the only one staying at this campsite— it’s basically all mine. This sink, that sink, even the one behind me— I can use them all! Score. Alright, done. Okay, all good. Gonna take a little walk around before heading back. This place is so rich in nature—it’s gorgeous. All the greenery really refreshes me. When I got here, I checked in over there. There’s a little park nearby with some small playground equipment. I wonder if they sell stuff there? Might as well check. Inside, it’s like this— they’ve got camping goods and gear for sale. Why is there a jump rope here? Kinda curious though… *Jump ropes are way too fancy for my budget.* This campsite’s the perfect size for a stroll. One lap around is just enough to get a little tired, so it’s perfect for a morning walk. By the way, Papakurippa is parked over there. Like a little lone house in the woods. No one else around… Having this whole place to myself is kinda amazing, right? Alright, back in the car. This campsite feels way too big just for me. Packing up is super simple, honestly. Fold up the mattress, slide it to the back, and put the bed away. Done! All set. Wait, oh no… it just started pouring rain. Seriously? What do I even do… *I’ve evolved from “rain girl” to “heavy-rain girl.”* Anyway, let’s have breakfast. I was getting ready and suddenly it started dumping rain, so forget a fancy breakfast— it turned into total chaos. Today’s breakfast is “Brain Bread.” Apparently it’s famous here in Ishikawa. Eat Brain Bread every day, study hard, and get top grades! So it’s like, bread that makes you smarter? Guess I’ll raise my IQ a little. Let’s eat. It’s basically raisin bread—and tasty. I feel like I’m already smarter just from eating it. Look at this cute rock I picked up in Ishikawa (…?) Wow, that wasn’t funny at all. Guess my brain’s still punked out. All done, thanks for the meal. So, I tried car camping in Ishikawa. It was honestly so much fun. Last night I made curry by eyeballing everything, and it turned out amazing. Plus with the rain coming and going, it was cool and super comfy to sleep. This time felt like a very real car camping trip, like how I usually do it. Honestly, I car camp without filming more often than not, but it’s always like this. So if you guys enjoyed this style, and wanna see more, let me know in the comments. I’ll film another one. Thanks so much for watching till the very end. If you liked this video, please subscribe, leave a comment, and give it a thumbs up. Okay then, bye-bye!
