Good morning , everyone. It’s time for some world news. Today, we’re going to talk about an incident that happened on a train in the United States recently. Well, I’m sure many of you have already seen this incident online . A Ukrainian refugee woman was assaulted by a homeless man on this train . This incident has now developed into a major racial tension issue, causing quite a stir. Today, I’d like to take a closer look at what’s going on. As you can see here, I’m sure many of you have seen this incident online . Recently, Ukrainian refugee Irina Zalts, seen here, was assaulted by a homeless man behind her . The video leading up to the moment of her rebellion went viral online and became a hot topic. Actually, I hadn’t planned on covering this topic in Bukta because of the nature of the content . But, as Fukuda said at the time of recording, this racial issue has progressed one level. And now it’s become a big deal. So today, I thought I’d take a moment to look at what’s really going on. So, here it is. This was posted by Pukta on September 7th. Because of the content, I didn’t make it into a video, but it was so horrific that a homeless man attacked a 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee on a light rail train in North Carolina. The two had never met or spoken to each other, but he was suddenly attacked from behind. This man had multiple arrests, and some media outlets claim he had 14 arrests, but their sources say he had two. At the time, only one media outlet was reporting that he had 14 arrests . And, because that media outlet was a bit suspicious, I ‘m only dropping the number two here. The photo that circulated at the time, which has been posted here by Replan, was this one. But , look here. It’s a different person, isn’t it? Just this part. So, here, he said seven times, seven times, for a total of 14 times, but because this was a different person, Fukuda was a little suspicious at this point. He initially said it was only two arrests, but later the AP reported it as 14, and it seems that this was true: he had a 14-time arrest history. That’s crazy, isn’t it? That means he’s in debt 14 times. And then, here… Meanwhile, Charlotte’s Master announced his death. Without naming the victims, he emphasized that homelessness and mental health issues cannot be solved by arrests, drawing heavy criticism. The perpetrator in this case claims that an artificial substance in his body controls him. The Yonago Department of Public Health announced on Tuesday that a man accused of providing Ukrainian refuge on a North Carolina commuter train last month has been indicted on federal charges that could carry the death penalty . This is today’s keyword. “re” refers to someone who has fled a country for political, religious, economic, or war reasons. “Refuge” here means “refugee.” It’s been a hot topic recently. People often use “emiko” or “mako” to describe immigrants, but they’re often used interchangeably. This means “refugee.” This is the “sound,” but please be careful with “refuge.” The Yonago Department of Public Safety announced on Tuesday that a man accused of assaulting a Ukrainian refugee on a commuter train in North Carolina last month has been indicted on federal charges that could carry the death penalty. Does that make sense? It means there’s no money for bail. There’s no need for bail . This is the system. It actually exists. Basically, all you have to do is sign a document promising your release and you’re arrested. Regarding this, here it is, from the White House, and it’s called Cashless Bail. In August of this year, President Trump issued a presidential order suspending federal funding for schools in areas that use this system. So, the Trump administration sees this system as being that problematic . So, who was it that implemented it in Charlotte, where the crime occurred? And that’s where Pukta, as he posted earlier, comes in. It’s the mayor. The Democratic mayor of Charlotte. Seeking his fifth term, he’s facing backlash over the train incident . Mayor Giles is leading the Democratic primary to win Charlotte, the largest city in North Carolina, which has seen a rise in alcoholism in recent years. However, this incident is helping Trump’s tough-on-crime campaign , and he’s trying to take control of cities and towns controlled by his political rivals. Records show that the suspect has been in and out of the criminal justice system for over a decade . He served in the Mecklenburg military, where the city of Sharo is located. He has 14 convictions, including a five-year sentence for robbery with a cigar . On August 22, following the incident and Brown’s arrest, Mayor Rice stated the following: “Tragic events like this should serve as an opportunity for us to reexamine how we address the root causes in our communities. Issues like public service arrests and mental illness cannot be solved by repeated arrests alone.” As I read earlier, these arrests and charges have been repeated for many years. This is a thorn in the side of both Democrats and Republicans. This isn’t something that only happened under Democratic administrations. The most recent charge, which occurred earlier this year, involved a cashless bailout , which has raised serious concerns about this and other recent comments. Elon Musk also responded to this. My post calls for the names of the police and police officers who enabled this crime to be publicly released and for the law to be changed. Let’s change the law. Until then , we need to expose the names of the local police and police officers who enabled this crime . We especially need to expose those who funded their election campaigns. That will have the greatest impact. Since this incident occurred , people have been saying that the mainstream media has not covered it enough . If the races had been reversed, the media would have made a huge fuss. This is what people are saying online, and public frustration is building. In fact, a Trump administration spokesperson, Caroline David, mentioned all the reporters who didn’t cover the incident. Many journalists in this room have been very vocal about the case of Daniel Penny , who tried to protect a subway car from a man in New York City. And yet, here we have this famous case, BBC Japan . A former U.S. police officer was indicted on the 12th for assaulting a black man who was repeatedly yelling on a New York City subway car . On May 1st, defendant Daniel Penny pinned a black man, who was constantly yelling, to the floor and applied a chokehold. Amazing, right? The BPC Japan assailant was white. The victim was black. They even bothered to mention it. Mr. Penny was homeless, and according to witnesses, he was yelling at subway passengers and demanding money . After losing consciousness on the train, a stick was found at the hospital where he was taken. Well, this incident received extensive media coverage. In other words, if the races were reversed here, you wouldn’t say anything. Well, that’s what they’re saying. And perhaps most shamefully, the majority of the media , many outlets in this room, decided that her murder wasn’t worth reporting because it doesn’t fit a preferred narrative. Many of the journalists in this room piled up plenty of trying to smear Daniel Penny for defending a subway car from a deranged lunatic in New York City , but none of those reporters felt compelled to write stories about it. Following this trend, public sentiment has now exploded. While I can’t show you the details on X , after the previously released videos, we see the moment of defiance, and all the videos that followed . Ukrainian refugee Irina Zarutka ‘s terrified expression after the deadly attack on a train. Her final moments have been revealed, and while we won’t see it, this is what it looks like now. The video also includes audio of a person, believed to be a passenger, saying: Since he assaulted a white woman, the voice in this video is said to be TKwhitegirl. [Music] This audio is very unclear, but it does sound like Kuta is saying “hee.” Now that you mention it, that means this is the voice of another passenger, not the perpetrator. Well, this is the New York Post’s take on this, but listen carefully . The perpetrator is Igotwhitegirl. The word “he” is written as “I” here . So it’s being spread as if it were the perpetrator, not a passenger. If that’s true , this is an anti-white hate crime. That’s why it ‘s being spread as if they’re desperately trying to cover it up . The context changes completely if you add “love.” In the case of “love , ” it would mean the perpetrator intentionally targeted white people. That’s why it’s being spread like this. Since the audio is completely unclear, even Pukuta can’t be sure what it actually said . Gwhitegirl says, “I can hear you.” And at the beginning, here. Well, Pukta uses editing software too, so I can tell, but there’s no guardian here. Maybe they weren’t even speaking , or maybe they were speaking but the input was so low that it completely disappeared when the noise was muted. Either way, it’s hard to tell. So, while it’s unclear exactly what they’re saying, the media is currently reporting it as a fire, while the internet is reporting it as a gash . If this were a school building, it’s obvious something was going to explode , so right now it’s like a room full of gasoline and the atmosphere is basically crackling. That’s the level of tension we’re in. If you look at the quote here, you ‘ll see that Iromasu is already declaring it a hate crime. The demonic system that made this possible, the actual demonic rebellion, and the evil indifference of the people around them . It’s all unbelievable. If the races depicted here were reversed, the world would stop at this incident. This is a truly horrific incident, but this video needs to be made public to warn people of how bad things are getting. This vulnerable woman, fleeing the Ukrainian war, was attacked indiscriminately on her way to work on a train. However, the public was in an even bigger uproar when George Floyd was killed. Perhaps the fact that the media has continued to portray white people as the root of all evil for the past 10 years has led some black people to feel that it is acceptable, or even justified, to attack white people. To be honest, I don’t know what to say anymore. I just fear for the future, where racial conflicts will intensify . I can see the beauty of things gradually disappearing. And the number of self-righteous groups is increasing. I feel that this will continue. CNN sided with the perpetrator. They overestimated the attack and criticized those who criticized it as discrimination. They also completely ignored the audio recording of the perpetrator bragging about having assassinated a white woman.
