Erwin Tulfo pressed Curlee Discaya for answers Monday (September 8) after their revelation on how flood control projects funding were allegedly divided among lawmakers, DPWH officials, and key figures including House Speaker Martin Romualdez, and Rep. Zaldy Co.
Tulfo asked how much was left for the actual construction of the project, alleging that such a setup could only lead to ghost or substandard projects. Tulfo then questioned how the Discayas managed to sustain their fleet of luxury cars with supposedly only 2% of the budget share.
