Senator Jinggoy Estrada grilled Sarah Discaya over alleged ‘ghost’ flood control projects during the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearing on Monday (September 1). This came after Discaya admitted to owning nine companies linked to DPWH.
Estrada also pressed Discaya on her fleet of luxury cars which gained public attention which she showcased in a viral interview.
