Hello, everyone. It’s been a while. I’ve been taking a break from posting videos for a long time. I’ll share the words I posted on the YouTube community as they are. There have been significant changes in my family situation, and I’ve been taking time to sort out my feelings and get my life in order. I do not intend to go into detail about the reasons, but it was not due to conflict or trouble. I quietly accepted the major changes, I spent quiet time with the important people in my heart. Taking the change in my lifestyle as an opportunity, I moved my base back to Sapporo, where I was born and raised. In this place where I have old friends, I am cherishing my daily life with my daughter, and spending peaceful time supported by my family and those close to me. I went to Costco with my brother’s children and friends. My friends will come back to my house later. Since returning to Sapporo in the spring, on weekends, I often spend time with my sister’s children and friends along with my daughter. Fried potatoes for the children I’m still not used to the IH stove. To be honest, I hadn’t been able to come home much until recently. Various emotions welled up, and I couldn’t stay at home for long periods of time. My parents’ house is nearby, and I’m really grateful for their support. As I’ve gradually gotten used to life in this house, I decided to resume posting videos. Thankfully, I’m still working at the same company. I am truly filled with gratitude toward everyone. This house is a three-story building, the air conditioner is only on this floor, so the third floor is extremely hot. And since the air conditioner is directly in front of the stairs, the cool air flows down to the first floor… So this floor is also a bit hot. There used to be fewer people here… Peaches that are hard to pick. This peach will be used in peach and prosciutto soba noodles. I heard a noise later and saw them dancing like this. Paprika… No, it’s colored peppers. Green onions Tomatoes are sliced thinly. Where did the non-slip mat under the cutting board go… Garlic I brought out the camping table for the kids. Maybe I’ll just use it as the dining table at home. The frying pan I used before was for gas stoves only, so I’m using the same model for induction cooktops. Costco shrimp cocktail Sauté lightly. Add green onions Squeeze lemon Sliced tomatoes Olive oil Done! I wanted to eat it, so I had someone buy chicken from a famous convenience store in Hokkaido! Now that everyone is here, I’ll serve what I’ve prepared. Garnish with mint and it’s done! I’ve been to Costco many times before, but this is the first time I’ve bought sushi. I couldn’t buy it before because the portion was too large and I don’t like fish. Today, there are children and three friends who eat a lot, so there’s plenty to go around! The three friends who are here today are regulars at this house. Let’s eat! They’re the best friends who play with my daughter a lot! Thank you! The next day. I recommend Nitori’s storage trays. There are some areas where the storage is incomplete. It can be adjusted slightly. This is how it turned out in the end. I came here with my daughter for a drive and to eat ice cream.
