【Vlog】映画「国宝」を109シネマズプレミアム新宿で鑑賞

Today I’m heading by train to the 109 Cinemas in Kabukicho Tower, Shinjuku, to watch the trending film KOKUHO (a traditional Japanese title given to master artisans, known as Living National Treasures). It was 37°C in Tokyo this day 🥵 Biore’s ‘cool towel’ stayed cold for 30–60 minutes, which helped make the trip easier. Maybe it was the times or the extreme heat, but surprisingly it wasn’t crowded. I arrived at Kabukicho Tower, where the cinema is located. The trailer for KOKUHO was already playing! Entry and drink/food pickup are done using the QR code from the online ticket. I bought a mist-type sunscreen that can be sprayed over makeup. Since I’m afraid of irritation and dryness, I chose an alcohol-free one. But honestly, it doesn’t feel refreshing at all—just damp and sticky, lol. I chose sunglasses with a subtle frame tone that blends well with my skin. They’re quite sheer, so they don’t darken the view too much, which is nice. Since they’ll be treated roughly, I appreciated the affordable price. Here’s roughly what I’m packing for my 3-day, 2-night trip. The heaviest item in my carry-on is my camera and lens. Recently I focus on vlogs, but I also want to take photos in Okinawa. Wallet, eco bag, meds, and sun protection accessories, etc. The floral pouch contains a packable jacket to deal with temperature changes—super useful. So many novelty goods somehow… This is an old mobile battery (now discontinued). My phone battery lasts longer now, but I’m using it this time for my vlog camera. I’ll also bring various charging cables and adapters (forgot to film them). I’m also packing a small bag for outings and hotel use. Swimsuit, two days’ worth of clothes, and cosmetics go in this travel organizer and into my husband’s suitcase (thanks!). To save space, I’ll wear my sneaker-like marine shoes from home. Once I finished packing, I watched ‘Deadpool’ on Disney+ and kicked off a pre-trip celebration. I grilled some frozen yakitori I had stocked up using a hot plate. Ever since I randomly bought this hot plate at the end of last year… …it’s become our go-to for lifting our mood—grilling or stewing things together at home. Even when I don’t feel like cooking, just putting the food and the hot plate on the table gets things started. After that, we just sit back, watch some anime or a movie, and cook casually while relaxing. By the time it’s ready, the delicious aroma makes all my fatigue disappear. Let’s eat! So good! The first bite of this kind of meal is always the best‼️ Since cooking requires some attention, I pick easy-to-watch content. We even decided to cook scallops from Furusato Nozei gifts—grilled in butter. It’s hard to believe we said ‘there’s nothing to eat’ earlier—feels like a feast now! I feel guilty for having left something this delicious untouched in the freezer… I should probably review what’s in my freezer more often. That was a great little feast. Can’t wait for the trip starting tomorrow! Thanks for watching till the end. I’m off on my trip now!
