1泊1万円で食べ飲み放題のコスパ最高ホテルに宿泊、この値段はさすがに…
Hey guys, it’s Yuuka! Right now, I’m in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka. Last time, I stayed in a trailer house by the lakeside of Lake Hamana. It was seriously so much fun, I started wondering if there were other fun places around here. And guess what? I found one! So today, I’m gonna be staying there. And believe it or not, this hotel has all-you-can-eat eel! And unlimited drinks too! It’s packed with awesome perks, so I’m super excited. I honestly can’t wait, so let’s head over there right away! You can see Lake Hamana super close from here. See that building over there? That’s the Arashi no Yakata, where I stayed last time. There’s even a cruise ship leaving from there, and you can take a ropeway up to Kanzanji Temple! That’s Kanzanji over there. There it is! That’s Wellseason Lake Hamana, right there. There’s also an amusement park nearby called Hamanako Palpal. This hotel is directly connected to the park, so after a full day of fun, you can just crash here for the night! That blue thing over there is Palpal’s 4D roller coaster. I’ve loved roller coasters since I was a kid, and this 4D coaster is usually pretty empty, so you can ride it over and over without waiting. I used to ride it like 14 times in a row as a kid. I was totally obsessed! Made it to Wellseason Lake Hamana! *If there’s a face cutout board, you gotta do it. Here’s what the inside of the hotel looks like— Pretty modern, actually! Alright, time to go check in! All checked in! There’s the Sky Court wing, and over here is the Garden Court wing. Tonight, I’m staying in the Garden Court one, so this way! The building’s super spacious, so just walking to the room feels like a bit of a workout already. Whoa! There’s a gorilla and a red panda! And a chimpanzee over there! So cute. It says “The breakfast croquette is super good!” Did that guy already try it or what? I’m staying in room 1107 tonight, so that’s one floor down. Found it—room 1107! It’s super spacious— this room is amazing! It’s a mix of Japanese and Western styles. Just look at this vibe! Seriously, it has everything. What’s this space here? Ah, it’s the fridge. *It’s empty though. Inside this cabinet, there’s a little tea set! Classic Shizuoka! They’ve got legit Shizuoka tea! I’ll definitely have some later. Ooh, what’s this? There’s eel… and “Unagi Doux Lay”? It’s a snack that looks super tasty. This is too much… And check out the view from the window! I wonder if you can actually nap there too? And behind this door… is the sink area and shower room. It even comes with a chair at the sink, so it’s super roomy. Face wash. Leave-in hair treatment. Cleansing wash. Toner and lotion too! They’ve got everything covered. This here is the shower room. This hotel actually has *two* big public baths, so this shower’s kind of just a bonus. Now let’s see what’s behind this door— It’s the toilet! Not that I’m gonna use it or anything. When I saw the photos, I thought I booked a much smaller room— Total reverse photo scam! The bed behind me is super wide too. Looks so comfy to sleep in… But when it’s all neatly made like this, it’s almost too perfect to mess up. Might not even touch it for now… *Okay, I take it back. This is just too good. I’m like a sea cucumber in Lake Hamana—totally motionless. In about 30 minutes, it’ll be dinner time, so I’m gonna lie down a bit, save my energy, and go wild at the buffet later. I’m so excited! Gonna eat a ton! Alright, it’s time! I’ve come to the restaurant for dinner. My stomach is about to go full beast mode. Let’s dive into the food battle! They’ve got Shizuoka-style seafood, and it’s so popular—tons of people here! Right now, the seafood section is packed! You can even make your own custom seafood bowl! It’s literally food heaven. They also had freshly grilled Hamamatsu gyoza, and rows of broiled eel from Lake Hamana. You can eat as much of this as you want… This has to be a glitch in reality. The chefs are cooking it right in front of you, and it looks insanely delicious. They had tons of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes too, and about 20 different kinds of desserts! And you can’t skip this part— the grown-up drink bar! They’ve got all kinds of sake and fruit liqueurs, plus lemon sours, highballs, and whiskey! You can literally drink anything forever. Well, I’m not drinking tonight though. (For real.) Okay… I might’ve gone overboard. This is kinda crazy. It’s so luxurious, I’m shook. Anyway, let’s dig in! Cheers! *?!? No no no—this isn’t what it looks like! It’s just… Well, I mean, I’m local and all… So it’s totally fine, right? (super casual excuse) Where should I start? Okay, let’s go with the long-awaited eel! I’ve never had Hamamatsu eel before, this is actually my first time. Oh wow… It’s insanely good… This isn’t okay. It’s too good to be on an all-you-can-eat menu! *This is like fancy restaurant-level eel. Seriously delicious… I could probably eat like a hundred of these. Next up: Hamamatsu gyoza! Delish! Okay… this place is dangerous. Even the drinks are way too good. Like, an all-you-can-drink alcohol bar? That’s wild. They’ve got liqueurs and stuff, you can even mix your own sours. So many choices—it’s honestly a blast. Okay, I’m just gonna go ahead and drink a lot tonight. This one’s teppanyaki-style grilled meat! YUM. This is screaming for some rice. *Urgently shoveling in plain white rice. Even though it’s a buffet, the flavor quality… is ridiculously high. I’m honestly kind of moved. I made this ramen myself! Boiled the noodles on my own, added all the toppings too. Hope my homemade ramen tastes good… Mmm so good~ ♪ *Big applause to the chef (me). *Followed it up immediately with some eel! Wait a sec— Went back for seconds! Today, I’m eating as much as I want! It’s my first time doing an all-you-can-eat eel feast, and I’m way too hyped to stop eating. The texture is so soft and fluffy, I’m kinda worried I’ll get charged extra for eating too much… *If that happens, I’ll wiggle away like an eel. Everyone loves a good pork sausage! Meat on the bone like this— Sometimes I just crave it like crazy. I want more eel… *Oops, my inner voice slipped out. Gonna go grab a beer. Changed my mind—got an apple sour instead! The crowd’s finally thinning out a bit. I had the 7:15 PM dinner slot, but it’s way quieter now. It was so packed earlier, I even had to wait in line just to get buffet food. Now there’s literally no one waiting. *I want to keep eating and drinking until I’m the last one here. It’s all-you-can-drink, so I’ve gotta get my money’s worth! This time I got a honey sour. All done! That was incredible. I’m seriously stuffed, but everything was so delicious. Alright, I’m heading back to my room now. Just got back from dinner! On the way back, I stopped by the front desk, and found a yukata rental corner—it’s just $3! So I rented a yukata! Let me go ahead and change into it. How do I look? I went with an orange yukata this time. Not something you see every day, right? Pretty sure it’s my first time in orange! The big bath hours are almost over for today, so I’m gonna go take a soak now. Time to relax! Let’s go! This hotel has two hot spring areas, and the one I’m going to now, called “KASAKI-no-Yu,” has ten different kinds of baths! At Kasaki-no-Yu, you can soak up to the tip of your nose. They even had a ping-pong area, but I didn’t have anyone to play with… *So all I could do was solo practice. Anyway, I’m off to the hot spring! Bye-bye! Just got out of the bath! It was soooo good. There are two big baths— Kasaki-no-Yu and Hitotoki-no-Yu. I went to Kasaki-no-Yu. *I might be a little tipsy… There were only like two other groups there, so it was super chill— *Yep, tipsy. It was so nice and quiet. Stopped by the nearby convenience store on the way back. Cheers! Wow, this is really good. It’s Hirosaki cider. This is seriously delicious. When I checked in, they gave me these— an admission ticket to PalPal, and a $3.50 shopping voucher! I wasn’t planning to go to PalPal, but maybe I’ll check it out after I check out tomorrow. Apparently the tickets are good until tomorrow! Free admission though—isn’t that awesome? Summoning the snacks I brought from home! Drinking at the restaurant’s fun and all, but honestly, drinking alone suits me better. For this much fun and comfort, $70 for one night is such a steal. They should actually raise the price and make more money, seriously. *Such a fair price—I’d totally recommend it to my parents. Okay, I’m officially tipsy and kinda embarrassed… That’s enough for today—gonna stop here. Anyway, I’m heading to bed now. Good night! Good morning! I totally passed out last night. I’ve been looking forward to breakfast too, so I’m ready to go wild at the restaurant again! Alright, let’s go! *Reunited with the local milk I drank as a kid. So many classic breakfast dishes lined up! Everything looks delicious. Freshly fried croquettes, grilled fish, French toast— a mountain of bread piled high! And there’s a great selection of fruits too. *Here’s today’s breakfast lineup! I’ve got my breakfast ready! So fancy for a morning meal. Let’s eat! This is the croquette that gorilla recommended yesterday. It’s got some serious chunks inside! Delicious. Gorilla’s pick was spot on. The salad dressing too— it’s made from Mikkabi mandarin oranges. So many local ingredients—it’s actually really fun! I used to go to amusement parks a lot as a kid, but coming back as an adult like this, the view feels totally different. A lot of it’s not how I remembered it at all. It’s such a strange and nostalgic feeling. I remember the park being way bigger, but I’m not sure if I grew up or the park shrank. I topped my curry with baby sardines caught locally in Enshū! Too good… Thanks for the meal! Every single dish was seriously delicious. They have a “Wellseason Haiku” board! I think I’ll give it a shot. (Entering!) Done! A solo trip / to spend time in Hamana / with hot spring vibes Pen name: Yuka Suzuki Not bad, right? So I used the word “hitotoki” like “a moment,” but that’s also the name of the onsen here—Hitotoki no Yu! Pretty clever, don’t you think? I feel like I’ve got a real shot at next month’s prize. Someone please check if I won! Fingers crossed they pick me! Last stop—here’s the souvenir shop inside the hotel. I’ve got my ¥500 voucher, so I’m feeling rich. But this was ¥600, so now I’m deep in debt. 😂 Back in the room now! It’s almost checkout time, so I’m gonna get changed. Here’s today’s outfit! I don’t really have much time left, so I’m gonna clean up quickly and check out! So today, I stayed at Wellseason Lake Hamana! Look at this place— there’s a courtyard called “Shiki no Teien” (Seasonal Garden) and it’s seriously beautiful. You can walk right into it! Honestly, it was amazing. The all-you-can-eat eel was just as advertised, and the flavor was incredible! And the drinks were all-you-can-drink too! It was perfect. The room was great too, but honestly the buffet stole the show. They have cheaper plans with no meals included, but trust me—get the dinner plan. Totally worth it. Highly recommended. If you’re ever in Hamana Lake or anywhere in Shizuoka, there are so many cool places to see. So please come visit! After this, I’m heading to PalPal, which is just around the corner, and I’m gonna have some solo fun over there. Thanks so much for watching all the way to the end! Please like, comment, and subscribe! Bye-bye! Bonus clip First time at Hamana Lake PalPal in 15 years. Wearing a headband that totally doesn’t suit me and feeling bummed out. But nothing a good yakisoba can’t fix! Marching through the park like a boss with my panda in tow. Then abandoning said panda like a savage.
