時のホテルのクリスマス：Christmas at Tokino Hotel
日本がバブル景気に沸いた1989年シンガーソングライター
山下達郎さんが作詞・作曲した「クリスマス・イブ」という曲が女優の牧瀬里穂さん主演のCM
「X’mas EXPRESS’89」とともに
テレビで流れました。
このCMをきっかけに、「クリスマスは大切な人と過ごす日」
という文化が定着し現在もその習慣が受け継がれているのは皆さまもご存じのことかと思います。
特に
現在40代後半から50代の方にとっては懐かしい
思い出の曲と映像ではないでしょうか？
今回
JR東海「X’mas EXPRESS」のCMに
オマージュを捧げ東京発の最終列車から降りるシーン名古屋駅構内を走るシーンそしてJR中央線「土岐駅」で
二人が合流するシーンというストーリーで撮影を行いました。

In 1989, during Japan’s economic bubble era, singer-songwriter Tatsuro Yamashita wrote and composed the iconic song “Christmas Eve.” The song gained nationwide recognition as it accompanied actress Riho Makise in the TV commercial “X’mas EXPRESS ’89”.
This commercial established the now-beloved tradition in Japan of spending Christmas with someone special—a custom that continues to this day.
For those currently in their late 40s to 50s, this song and the commercial are likely cherished memories of that era.
This year, we pay homage to the legendary JR Tokai “X’mas EXPRESS” commercial with a story set in motion from the final train departing Tokyo. Filming locations include scenes at Nagoya Station and JR Chūō Line’s Toki Station, where two people reunite—a nostalgic journey with a modern twist.
