Kotaro Lives Alone

Today’s video will be a short review of this series called Kotaro Lives Alone.
This series follows the daily life of a 5 year old boy named Kotaro, who as a result of some (unfortunate) events, has to live in an apartment complex on his own. He befriends his neighbours, particularly Shin Karino (an unpopular manga artist), who ended up taking care of Kotaro more than he thought he would. It’s a series about growth and healing from the past (for both Kotaro and his neighbours) and I absolutely love how heartwarming this is.
I don’t want to spoil too much, but it’s really so good that I just completed the 10 episodes anime today and the television drama adaptation a few months ago (both available on Netflix).
It’s a 10/10 for me!
